Use this 10-step checklist before making any online diamond purchase. Complete each step in order to ensure you are buying safely and getting the best value.

Go to gia.edu/report-check or igi.org. Enter the report number. Confirm every spec matches the listing. If anything is off, do not buy.

Diamond + setting + shipping + tax = total. Compare total out-the-door cost, not just the diamond price. Factor in any restocking fees or return shipping costs.
