Safe Delivery to You
USA Jewels is proud to offer "Free ground shipping on all orders" within the U.S. All orders are shipped using U.S Priority Mail or via FedEx. All orders are sent fully insured.
Preparation time is usually two to three business days for diamond earrings, pendants and rings. Diamond tennis bracelets normally take three to five business days. Every item is marked on its product page with an estimated preparation time of that item. We normally beat our estimated times. In the case where there are circumstances which prevent us from meeting this deadline, you will be notified. This rarely occurs. Once we complete your order, we will ship it to you with the shipping option you choose.
Shipping to an alternative address
If you prefer, USA Jewels can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
Shipping within the United States
For your security, your merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult who is authorized to sign your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

Shipping Internationally
USA Jewels has a goal to become the leading online jeweler worldwide so we would be more than happy to serve all our customers globally. As with all special service there will additional charges in order to use this feature. For all shipments to Canada and all European countries there will a flat shipping cost using FedEx of $100. The customer will also be responsible for all import taxes and custom duties within their respective country.
