All payments are processed through Authorize.Net, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the industry. Your credit card number is transmitted directly to Authorize.Net's secure servers and is never stored on our systems. We only retain the last four digits of your card number for order reference purposes.
Fraud prevention
We use address verification (AVS) and card verification (CVV) checks on every transaction. Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address must have that address on file with the credit card company. We may contact you by phone to verify high-value or unusual orders before processing. These measures protect both you and us from unauthorized purchases.
Secure shipping
Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. No package will be left unattended. This ensures your jewelry reaches you safely and that no one else can receive your order on your behalf without authorization.
Account security
