When will your order be shipped?

Preparation time is usually two to three business days for diamond earrings, pendants and rings. Diamond tennis bracelets normally take three to five business days. Every item is marked on its product page with an estimated preparation time of that item”. We normally beat our estimated times. In the case where there are circumstances which prevent us from meeting this deadline, you will be notified. This rarely occurs. Once we complete your order, we will ship it to you with the shipping option you chose.

Shipping to an alternative address

If you prefer, USA Jewels can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Shippng within the United States

For your security, your merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult who is authorized to sign your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

Shipping Internationally

Stringent import and export taxes and regulations, make it uneconomical and very inconvient for international customers or customers outside the United States to take advantage of our services. Because of this USAJewels at this time does not ship orders outside of the United States where there are extra duties involved.

2) Ships to P.O boxes.
3) $10.00 non refundable charge case return.

Option two:

through overnight FedEx 

1) $25.00 additional charge
2) Does not ship to P.O boxes.
3) Additional charge for Saturday or holiday delivery.
4) Shipping charge is non-refundable case return.
