USAJewels guarantees every purchase you make with us. Our products are of the highest quality, and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty day (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.)

To ensure that your return request is processed as quickly as possible, we require that you send us an e-mail at returns@usajewels.com.

The e-mail should state:
1) your invoice number
2) the items you wish to return
3)a telephone number to contact you
4) the reason for your return

A confirmation code will be sent to you when this information is obtained. No merchandise will be processed by USAJewels without a confirmation number.

Please print the code on the outside of the return package. This is our way of tracking your return and crediting your account appropriately.

Send the package by registered mail. Insure the item for the full amount of the invoice, including shipping. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Do not ship by FedEx or UPS.

Please retain your portion of the receipt and enclose the return portion with your item. In addition, please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

Please do not write USA Jewels.com, jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation. USA Jewels.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.

Items must be returned in the original shipped package and the same condition as they were sent. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused.

We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges.

The standard non-refundable shipping and insurance charge for U.S Priority mail is $10.00 to $15.00 based on the value of your purchase.
